Nutmeg
Nutmeg is a spice that is made from the fruit of the nutmeg tree. The fruit here contains seeds which are coated. The coatings of the seed here are used to make another spice - mace - and the seeds themselves make nutmeg. Nutmeg can be used in both sweet and savoury recipes, as a medicine and in the perfume, cosmetics, soap and confectionery industries.
